GENERAL POLICIES

1. All dealers must be licensed in their state and registered at this auction

before doing business.

2. DEALERS ONLY-No retail customers allowed.

3. Buyers should thoroughly check and road test their cars and either pay for the car or file a complaint within ONE HOUR and GET DECISION FROM ARBITRATION before leaving.

4. All cars purchased or sold on auction premises must be paid for through auction office.

5. It is Seller’s obligation to correct any errors made by the auction as to announced “Conditions”.

6. Cars selling for $1500.00 or less become “AS IS” and are not subject to arbitration for any reason other than flagrant misrepresentation.

7. No vehicle will be offered for sale without valid Public Vehicle Identification Number Plate.

8. Buyer is responsible for verifying serial number, model year, odometer reading and that the odometer is working before leaving the sale.

9. Auction does not guarantee the year of any house trailers, recreational vehicles, antiques, motorcycles, boat and boat motor, or reconstructed vehicles.

10. Motor homes must be sold announcing the model year of the chassis and the model year of the body.

11. Damaged or repaired frames must be announced under the red light. Frame damage or frame repair should be reported to the auction within one (1) day from the date of sale.

Minor scrapes and scratches on the frame resulting from normal use from jacks, lifts or minor carrier tie down marks (and not the result of an accident) are not subject to arbitration.

12. “IF” or “OUTSIDE SALES” are strictly between the Buyer and the

Seller and are NOT BINDING ON EITHER until the sale is consumated. The auction will not become involved in any arbitration procedures or be responsible for ANY DEFECTS on units sold outside.

13. Any purchase other than “under the hammer” is an “outside sale” transaction.

14. All cars must have a gate pass before leaving the premises.

15. The Auction will not become INVOLVED with Warranty Books regardless of year. When “warranty books” are announced from the block or advertised on the car, the Buyer may reject the vehicle if books are not present on sale day.

16. Auction will not register or offer for sale any vehicle not originally manufactured for sale in the United States. (European Conversions)

17. Auction will not register or offer for sale any Kit Car or Non-Production car.

18. The Auction is not liable for any state tax or ad valorem tax.

19. Unsafe vehicles are not permitted onto Auction property and will not be registered for sale. The Auction reserves the right to void any transaction involving a vehicle that is deemed to be unsafe by Auction management.

20. It’s the purchasers responsibility for confirmation on all “IF” sales.

21. Sellers must announce on 1985 or older year models that the vehicle is sold with a bill of sale only and that there is no title to transfer. The Auction does not guarantee information listed in Electronic Data Vehicle Histories (i.e. Car Fax, Auto Check, etc…) and may not arbitrate solely on EDVH data.

22.The auction will not be responsible for titles mailed from Auction and not received. Buyer has the choice of alternative delivery method and will pay Auction cost.
