REPRESENTATION
ON CARS
If the car is not properly represented,
file a complaint within one hour at the Arbitration Office and GET A DECISION
there before leaving. All cars registered here are subject to inspection by the
Georgia Bureau of Investigation, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, National
Auto Theft Bureau, Local Police, and Auction Inspectors. Any car that does not
have a warranty sticker, or has a warranty sticker that does not match the Vehicle
Identification number (V.I.N.) or has a mutilated or illegible warranty sticker
must be checked by the Auction Inspectors before it may be offered for sale. Auction
management reserves the right to void any transaction.
ODOMETER
POLICY
We will require sellers to repurchase
any vehicle with a documented odometer roll-back problem. Seller will be required
to pay in addition to the purchase price, reasonable transportation and expense
cost, and all auction fees.
ARBITRATION
POLICY
Any price adjustments eliminates
any further arbitration for mechanical defects.
DEALER
I.D. PLATES
Buyers and Sellers must use
their I.D. Plates to sign for purchases and enter cars for sale. Any person entering
the auction lanes or present in the bidding area must have an Auction I.D. Plate
in their possession. The dealer is responsible for any transaction conducted with
this card. Please report lost or stolen cards immediately.
INTERPRETATION
OF POLICY
The policies of this are intended
to promote fair and ethical treatment to both the Buyer and the Seller. If the
auction determines that the transaction is not fair and ethical to either parts,
the Seller and Buyer agree that the auction may cancel the sale, at its sole discretion.
SALVAGE/BONDED
AND REBUILT TITLES
If a vehicle has a previous
salvage or rebuilt title and has been repaired in accordance with state law to
issue a clear title, this must be announced at the time of sale and sold under
the red light. Bonded titles must be announced.
